1. Who we are
OmniXSol, also referred to as OmniX Solutions, provides technology consulting, engineering, products, and related support services. In this policy, “OmniXSol,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the OmniXSol business operating this website.
2. Information we collect
We may collect information that you choose to provide, including:
- Your name, email address, company, phone number, and message.
- Project, service, product, partnership, or employment-related information you send to us.
- Communications and records created when you correspond with our team.
When you use the website, our hosting and technology providers may also process technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, referring page, pages visited, timestamps, and diagnostic or security logs.
2a. Website chat and demo requests
When you use our website assistant, we process the messages you submit and the assistant responses. When chat storage is configured, conversation text, timestamps, and a session identifier are stored in Azure Table Storage to support the conversation and follow-up. This is separate from optional analytics, which records event counts rather than message contents.
A chat session identifier is saved in your browser local storage. Starting a new chat or clearing browser storage does not delete records already held on our servers. Contact info@omnixsol.com to request deletion, subject to applicable retention obligations.
If you request a demo through chat, the contact details and relevant conversation may be included in a notification to our team so we can respond. Avoid sending credentials, confidential business documents, or sensitive personal information through chat.
3. How we use information
We may use information to:
- Respond to questions, requests, and business inquiries.
- Evaluate potential projects, partnerships, and customer requirements.
- Provide, maintain, secure, and improve our website, products, and services.
- Diagnose technical issues, prevent misuse, and protect our systems and users.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce applicable agreements.
- Send business communications you requested or that relate to an existing relationship.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
The website and its service providers may use cookies, local storage, or similar technologies required for website functionality, security, preferences, diagnostics, or performance. With your permission, our first-party analytics records page paths, referring domains, campaign source, medium and name, device category, timestamps, a random browser-tab session identifier, and counts of chat messages and successful demo requests in Azure Table Storage. Analytics does not store chat contents, raw IP addresses, or full page URLs. You can change your choice using Analytics preferences. We honor browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals.
5. How we share information
We may share information only as reasonably necessary with:
- Hosting, communications, security, analytics, and other technology service providers.
- Professional advisers, such as attorneys, accountants, or insurers.
- Authorities or other parties when required by law or necessary to protect rights and safety.
- A successor or participant in a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.
We do not sell personal information for money. We also do not use information submitted through the contact form for unrelated third-party advertising.
6. Data retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to requests, maintain business records, provide services, resolve disputes, meet contractual obligations, and comply with legal, accounting, or security requirements. Retention periods vary based on the nature and purpose of the information.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information. No internet transmission, storage system, or security measure can guarantee absolute security. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, health records, or other highly sensitive information through the general website contact form.
8. Your privacy choices
Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of certain personal information, or to object to particular uses. You may also unsubscribe from optional marketing communications using the instructions in the message.
To submit a privacy request, email info@omnixsol.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
9. International processing
Our website and service providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. Data-protection laws may differ from those in your location. Where required, appropriate safeguards will be used for cross-border processing.
10. Children’s privacy
This website is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this website. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us so we can review and address the request.
11. Third-party websites
The website may link to services or websites operated by others. Their privacy practices are controlled by their own policies, and OmniXSol is not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
11a. Customer product data
This notice describes the public website and business inquiries. Processing of customer documents, inventory records, integration data, or enterprise knowledge within a contracted product or service is governed by the applicable customer agreement and any data processing terms. Contact us to discuss processing locations, subprocessors, retention, and deletion requirements before sharing production data.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our practices, services, or legal obligations change. The revised policy will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Material changes may also be communicated by other reasonable means.
